Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage site execution activities for residential projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Monitor progress against milestones, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Oversee the installation of RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) structures, including high rise buildings.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-12 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field, preferably in site execution for residential projects.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices for high-rise building construction.
