Dear Aspirant,

We at Kotak Mahindra Bank are looking for dynamic professionals for the position of BOM FOR NASHIK LOCATION.

JOB ROLE:

Lead & Supervise the Service Team.
Ensuring Regulatory and Procedural Compliance, Including Audits.
Ensuring Service Excellence to Enhance Portfolio, Control Retention & better Cross-Sell.
Authorize & Check RO / SO Entries > Ensuring FTR.
Vault, Key Custodian
Monitor Branch / Staff Productivity, Drive Continuous Improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENT(S):

Thorough overall understanding of banking
Customer service orientation
Ability to manage and motivate front office staff.
Graduation is Mandatory, Preferred PG / MBA.
Relevant Experience of Min. 1+ Year in Team Handling, thorough Understanding of Banking.
Ability to manage & motivate teams.
