Job Description
Review and implement functional business requirements and non-functional technical requirements
Research and analyze new technologies to be used (e.g., Libraries, IDEs, tools)
Assist engineering and operational teams in debugging production problems
Perform application code review, ensure creation and maintenance of appropriate artifacts for architecture and design work
You will primarily focus on building and supporting backend REST API services.
You will work to implement server-side or application logic and design architectures.
Create and talk to REST services.
Write clean code and test it throughout the development process to ensure the quality is up to standards.
Work on software that is used by millions of people all around the world is a challenge that you're willing to tackle.
Encourage a self-motivated squad model of working from handling development, test, customer support and operations for the micro services.
Should have 6-9 years of experience in Back end services development and Microservices Architecture.
Strong background in software development, object-oriented design principles and patterns, with solid knowledge of REST and gRPC
Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Golang, Java, Python, or C++
Experience with cloud-based technologies, showcasing familiarity with modern cloud ecosystems and tools Docker, Kunernetes, OpenShift, REST API development
Experience in defining business architecture, business process definition & modelling, use cases, and requirements definition, and associated best practice processes for defining these artifacts
Hands-on experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP/IBM Cloud), CI/CD & DevOps
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins/Travis/Shell
Proven experience in agile development environments , engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Demonstrated excellence in problem-solving, with the ability to tackle complex issues and find effective solutions.
Proven experience using version control systems such as GitHub.
Familiarity with Ubuntu/RHEL/CoreOS
Understanding of cloud storage concepts and experience in cloud storage development.
Understanding of Networking concepts
Prior experience working with Terraform to manage infrastructure.
Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
Familiarity with virtualization (KVM/QEMU/libvirt a plus).
Knowledge of security and compliance standards & requirements
