Job Description - Manual QA Looking for an experienced QA thriving for the quality of software he/she is testing. QA is considered as a big process covering the whole feature lifecycle from the birth of an idea to making sure it works as expected on production. This role implies strong involvement in the project especially in the early stages of functionality creation as well as the possibility to influence the product itself. Key Responsibilities of QA: It is very important that this role requires heavy participation in meetings like grooming, planning and work closely with developers, product owners and designer to ensure the quality of the product. Prepare Test Plan and create test cases on both non-functional and functional. Make sure test documentation is always updated. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and E2E testing, as well as make sure the auto tests are updated and executed. Actively participate in all team meetings to ensure the quality of features from the earliest stages. Improve processes within the team - if the QA sees that something can be done better - fix it. Provide information about current test coverage & auto tests coverage. Provide honest and timely feedback. Experience At least 3 + years of experience as a manual QA engineer. Solid knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Very important to be willing to participate in team meetings and make sure QA understand how to test before a feature is taken to the sprint. Experienced in web and native application. QA should be able to read logs, use Postman, Charles (or alternative), work with API requests (mocking, replacing, etc). Very proficient in development of clear test cases, checklists, and other testing documentation. Knowledge of bug tracking systems, using Jira and Azure. Good understanding of API and release processes. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Able to work effectively in a distributed team. Willing to work in the hybrid model where some work is done in from the office, some from home. Good English language. Require english as primary language for communication. So, QA should be able to speak and understand what team members say. RITM0340529
