Job Description
KPI -
- Understand the ``Why for each feature and module.
- Improve the existing codebase by using thoughtful design patterns, setting technological standards, and using best industry practices in implementation.
Responsibilities -
- Develop and maintain new features for Client Life cycle management tool
- Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying new features and frameworks, focusing on high-performance implementations without neglecting the user experience.
- Development of features in JavaScript on the client, PHP on the server, and a number of languages, frameworks, and tools in between.
- Collaborate with design, product, and customer operations to understand why we build the features we do
- Help the team improve the existing code base by promoting thoughtful design patterns and testing solutions.
- Architect efficient database schema for new implementations or contribute to improving existing ones.
- Monitor releases and communicates new changes to all the stakeholders.
- Scale and improve the performance of the application and database
- Working closely with product management team and user experience team to define user requirements and translating them into reliable and intuitive features.
- Refactoring, optimizing and constantly driving for improved efficiency and code health.
- Manage the full life cycle of services - from initial setup and release to day-to-day CI/CD.
Requirements -
- Web application development experience
- Minimum 6+ months of Work experience in Laravel (PHP Framework)
- Experience with jQuery ,Ajax.
- Experience with HTML and CSS with Bootstrap CSS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in sophisticated web and mobile applications as part of a fast-paced team in a World Wide Context.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with relational databases
- Understanding of MVC and experience working with frameworks.
- Experience using version control systems: Git
- Ability to adapt, estimate workload, solve problems, self-improve and suggest new ways of improvement.
- Reverse engineering skills: the ability to traverse logical sequences of either procedural or object-oriented code, abstracted or static - and understand it entirely.
