Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:- Deputy Branch Manager
- Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer service.
- Oversee team handling, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and improve productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Ensure effective cross-selling strategies are implemented across various products such as retail liabilities, life insurance, and banking services.
- Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in branch management or similar role in retail banking or related field.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, including branch handling, relationship management, and team handling.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective cross-selling techniques.
