Scrum Master @ Q2

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as:
  
• Sprint Planning
• Daily Stand-ups
• Sprint Reviews
• Sprint Retrospectives
• Ensure the team follows Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
• Remove blockers or impediments that affect team progress.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track sprint progress using Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Facilitate communication between development teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
• Promote continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Experience with Agile project management tools.

Qualifications

• Scrum certification preferred such as:
  
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in Support and maintenance project
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven skills on Jira
• Experience of working with US client preferred
