Hiring | Senior Testing Engineer (Automation)

Position: Senior Testing Engineer
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Senior Testing Engineer with strong expertise in C# automation frameworks, Playwright, Selenium, and CI/CD integration. The ideal candidate will design scalable automation frameworks, drive automation strategy, and mentor junior QA engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance test automation frameworks using C# (.NET 6+) with Playwright and Selenium
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable object-oriented C# code following SOLID principles
Implement data-driven, keyword-driven, and hybrid automation frameworks
Develop reusable custom libraries, wrappers, and helper utilities
Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / Jenkins / GitHub Actions)
Automate API and UI regression test suites
Perform code reviews and ensure best practices in test automation
Implement parallel testing and cross-browser testing strategies
Mentor junior automation engineers
Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high test coverage

Core Technical Skills

C# / .NET Expertise

Strong expertise in C# (.NET 6+)
Knowledge of async/await, LINQ, generics, reflection, delegates, and events
Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
Experience with NUnit / xUnit / MSTest
Experience with dependency injection frameworks and NuGet packages
Strong debugging skills using Visual Studio
Experience with mocking frameworks (Moq, NSubstitute)
Familiarity with multi-threading and parallel execution

Automation Tools

Hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium WebDriver (C#)
Experience with REST API automation using RestSharp or HttpClient
Knowledge of BDD frameworks such as SpecFlow
Experience with BrowserStack or cross-browser testing tools
Exposure to mobile automation

DevOps / Framework Integration

Experience integrating automation with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
Strong knowledge of Git and version control workflows
Experience with Docker-based test execution

General Skills

5+ years of automation testing experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and mentoring skillsRole & responsibilities
