Position Name: Retail Banking - Teller Authoriser
Job Responsibilities:
Supervising and monitoring branch transactions and sales in order to enhance the value of existing accounts and retention of existing portfolio
- Supervise & monitor Personal Banker desks and contract sales staff
- Resolution of customer queries/complaints
- Monitoring of dummy accounts, suspense accounts, deferred accounts, accounts payable/ receivable
- Branch Operations and Audit Compliance
- Authorize Personal Banker transactions
- Responsible for Cash and Customer transactions at the Teller counters
- Supervising all Non-Cash transactions like DD/MC, fund transfer etc
- Reconciliation and maintenance of suspense accounts register as per the required format
- Generate business, cross sell and monitor cross sales of Personal Bankers
Educational Qualifications: Minimum Graduation

- Banking Product & Process Knowledge
- NRI Product and Regulatory Knowledge
- Planning and Organizing Skills
- Good Communication skills
- Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in the financial Industry.
