Job Description

About the Role :-
-You will be responsible for loan token follow up with customers, for docs collect, file processing, down payments follow up, to provide loan details, delivery schedule & get the kit signed.
-50% operational work (Policy issuance, Escalations)
-50% calling (Insurance Renewal)

Ideal Candidate:
-An ideal candidate would be a hardworking, and enterprising individual, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Interested candidates must have an ingenious, scientific approach to problems,
backed by a strong outcome-oriented point of view. Should have experience with more than 1 bank in used car insurance.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for managing the entire operations of allocated cities which includes Issuance of New Insurance and Escalations.
Responsible for customer service and administration with achieving overall service and quality objectives
Liaises and coordinates with insurance companies for servicing related activities
Ensures Communication, Implementation and Compliance with the set standards and procedures with respect to different deliverables.
Responsible for Renewal which is new segment of Insurance at Spinny.
