Job Description
- Develop engaging and informative content for our Seller Learning Management System (LMS), including training materials, tutorials, and resources.
- Create multimedia content such as videos, presentations, infographics, and interactive modules to support seller education and enablement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure content aligns with business objectives and targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content creation and e-commerce to continuously enhance content quality and relevance.

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation and development, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, or similar software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. - 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Bachelors degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
