We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the International US Process Travel Process. If you have at least 18 months of experience working with GDS tools (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo). Here, your expertise and voice truly matter, your work creates real impact for international travelers, and together we will shape the future of digital customer experience in the global travel industry..

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior customer experience by handling international US customer interactions through live chat in a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused manner, ensuring prompt responses, clear communication, and effective resolution of queries.
• Assist customers with travel-related services including flight bookings, ticket modifications, cancellations, refunds, reissues, fare calculations, and itinerary management using GDS tools (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo).
• Maintain strict adherence to quality benchmarks, data privacy, and security protocols at all times.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics related to quality, productivity , customer satisfaction , and compliance Standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• UG/Graduate with minimum 18 Months of experience in Travel domain (GDS Tools ) can apply
• Candidate should have the knowledge of GDS Tools ( Amadeus , Sabre , Travelport - (Galileo, Worldspan)
• Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
• Looking for Immediate Joiners only.
• Candidate should be comfortable with 24/7 & Rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Comprehension Skills.
