Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Resolve customer queries through calls.
  • Provide information and guidance to customer.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow company policies.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any grad or HSc are eligible.
  • Fresher and experience both are eligible.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Should be fluent in English with Bengali/ Hindi.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
  • Rotational shift timing.
  • Should be comfortable for the WFO.
  • Day shift for female employee.

Compensation- 15K CTC/ In-hand - 12K to 13K
