Job Description
Role Summary:
The SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Lead will be responsible for managing and delivering SAP EAM solutions, ensuring effective asset lifecycle management, and integrating with other SAP modules. This role requires strong functional expertise, leadership skills, and experience in S/4HANA environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP EAM implementation and support projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP EAM processes including:
- Preventive Maintenance
- Corrective Maintenance
- Work Order Management
- Asset Lifecycle Management
- Integrate EAM with MM, PP, FI, and other relevant modules.
- Oversee RICEFW development, Cutover planning, and Testing activities.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and UAT with business stakeholders.
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve complex issues.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants; ensure timely project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in SAP EAM configuration and customization.
- Hands-on experience in Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, and Execution.
- Knowledge of integration with MM, PP, FI.
- Experience in S/4HANA environment preferred.
- Exposure to RICEFW objects, Cutover, and Testing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
