Job Description
Role & responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hiring for Non voice process and it is completely Work form Office
People Management, Coaching & Feedback, Service Improvement, Reporting & Performance Management.
Set goals, monitor productivity of team members, and manage turnaround time.
Maintaining client requirements like, ETA, Quality, and accuracy.
Managing client and internal communications through e-mail or over the conference calls
Effectively coach direct reports on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are
achieved at a minimum weekly.
Provide necessary supports to the team so that a better work environment can be maintained.
Developing quality and efficiency KPIs for your product lines and highlight any issues that may negatively impact
the achievement of these targets.
Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated queries as and when needed.
Ability to handle and accomplish multiple tasks and resolve.
Provide recommendations for strategies and process improvements to add value to teams and Clients
Preferred candidate profile
BPO / KPO / Service Industry Domain preferred
Title Search Insurance (US Mortgage) experience will get an added advantage, even though this is not a mandatory
Must be a Graduate
Proficiency in MS Office
Good communication skills (Written and verbal) are required to understand and communicate with the internal
stake holdersClients
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Minimum 2-3 years experience in BPO/KPO Industry as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role on paper
(Mandatory)
Has to be open to working extended periods/weekends when necessary.
Salary as per Industry Standard
