Job Description
The Sr. Analyst role requires a seasoned professional with 6 to 8 years of experience specializing in GoLang and domain expertise in Industry Essentials Billing & Revenue Management. This hybrid position involves day shifts and focuses on enhancing business processes through technical solutions contributing to the companys growth and societal impact.
Develop and implement robust software solutions using GoLang to optimize business operations and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions. Ensure seamless integration of new software with existing systems to maintain operational continuity. Monitor and evaluate system performance providing recommendations for enhancements and upgrades. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. Provide technical support and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Document software development processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into development processes. Facilitate training sessions for stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of new software solutions. Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns. Contribute to the companys strategic goals by leveraging technical expertise to drive innovation and growth.
