  • Studio Development Experience in Nice CxOne(Voice, IVR and Multi-channel)
  • Configuration of Agents, Skill, Campaign, HOOP, Workflow data item creation and handling
  • Experience in designing reports and understanding them.
  • Experience in developing and debugging routing solutions using Nice CxOne and Nice CxOne Studio.
  • Working knowledge of Nice Framework, reporting, routing, and multi-channel components
  • Knowledge on Nice CxOne Analytics and Interactions.
  • Ability to architect routing design and development for the customer
  • Experience in troubleshooting routing issues in production on call
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales force integration will be added advantage
  • Auto Attendant creation and Setup
  • Good understanding of Digital channel,
