Job Description
Responsibilities:
- checking Offer expiry status and change if required
- checking Solicitors details and change if required
- Checking on Administration details/offer condition and retention details if required
- Review email and make changes to the product/fee/tenure/applicant information as per broker request
- flag cases back to UWA where changes required
- Verifying Certificate of title and release funds via spreadsheet
- ability to work in a time bound process and maintain expected quality and service levels
- Quick thinking and decision-making ability
- Should be flexible in extending shift hours on a need basis including providing coverage on Saturdays basis schedules
- Comply with quality and security processes defined for the engagement
Critical Skills required:
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Very strong interpretation and articulation skills
- Excellent Keyboard skills and should be familiar with working on a laptop
- Strong typing skills with a minimum of 45 words per minute
- Ability to adapt and work in a processing environment
- 100% shift adherence and demonstrate flexibility to work in shifts
- Compliance to pre-defined schedule and break adherence as provide
