We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls related to healthcare services and providing accurate, empathetic, and timely support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with queries related to Apollo product, and basic support.
Provide accurate information while following service guidelines.
Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

0-3 Years of experience in voice customer support required.
Willingness to work in 247 rotational shifts.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
