Job Description

Key Skills: ServiceNow Development, CSMD, SQL, Workflow Automation, Incident/Problem/Change Management, Scripting (JavaScript), Integration with ITSM Tools, Reporting & Dashboards

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and customizations to meet business requirements
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions in ServiceNow
• Implement and maintain ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
• Work with CSMD for asset management, configuration management, and service catalog configurations
• Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve, update, and manipulate data for reporting and integrations
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytics to support operational and management reporting
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and IT tools as required
• Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of ServiceNow applications
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
• Follow ITIL processes and best practices in development, deployment, and support
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and support production issues

Experience Required:

• 6 - 9 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
• Hands-on experience with CSMD and SQL
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Catalog
• Experience in workflow automation, scripting, and integrations
• Exposure to ITIL processes and frameworks
• Proven ability to deliver solutions independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in troubleshooting and supporting ServiceNow production environments

Education: Any Graduation
