Customer support Associate

Process: - Customer Service Associate (Voice)

Job Role: -

Informing customers related to the hotel booking.

Answering incoming call from customers regarding hotel bookings

Help customers book hotels, check availability and compare prices.

Qualification: - HSC / Graduate

Extra Benefits: - Incentives (Based on performance) Over Time (Based on business requirement) Shift Time & Week Off: - 24*7 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts).

Communication: -

Fluent English Communication

Transport Facility: - Both side cab available.

No Leaves apart from week-offs would be available for next 3 months or upcoming 90 days.
