Job description

• Production Operations: Manage shop-floor activities to achieve production targets, maintaining high-quality yields.
• Documentation & Compliance: Review and prepare Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Master Formula Records (MFR), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Quality & Audits: Ensure regulatory compliance (USFDA, WHO, and vendor audits) and handle documentation, including deviations, change controls, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
• Technical Oversight: Monitor unit operations like filtration, drying, and reaction parameters.
• Safety & Maintenance: Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environment (SHE) protocols, coordinating with engineering for machine breakdowns.
• Inventory Control: Monitor solvent recovery and manage raw material/intermediate consumption.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 4-8 years of relevant experience in an CDMO Manufacturing plant.
• Education: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry or BE in Chemical Engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in operating reactors (SS/GLR), centrifuges, and dryers (FBD/RCVD).
• Software: Experience with ERP systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, decision-making, and ability to manage teams
