Your Role Job Role:
- Configure and maintain SAP FI/CO tax settings to ensure accurate tax calculation and reporting across jurisdictions.
- Support indirect tax processes including VAT, GST, sales tax, and withholding tax.
- Integrate SAP FI with third-party tax solutions for seamless data exchange and compliance.
- Design and implement efficient tax-related processes including tax codes, jurisdictions, and reporting structures.
- Provide training and support to SAP end users on tax functionalities.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting for tax-related configurations and reports.
- Document tax setups and ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to SAP FI tax functionalities.
Your Profile Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 412 years of experience in SAP FI, with a strong focus on tax-related processes.
- Deep understanding of tax laws and regulations (e.g., VAT, GST, withholding tax).
- Proven experience in SAP FI Tax configuration, including tax codes and jurisdictions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex tax-related issues in SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with tax reporting tools and integration with third-party tax software.
