Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions via Voice and Chat channels effectively.
  • Provide timely and accurate resolutions to international clients.
  • Maintain quality standards and high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions in the CRM.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Profile:


  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Under Grad/Grad.( Must be 12th pass)
  • Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
  • Prior experience in an international voice or blended process is required.
  • Ability to multitask between chat and calling interfaces.
