Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions via Voice and Chat channels effectively.
Provide timely and accurate resolutions to international clients.
Maintain quality standards and high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions in the CRM.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Profile:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Under Grad/Grad.( Must be 12th pass)
Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Prior experience in an international voice or blended process is required.
Ability to multitask between chat and calling interfaces.
