We are hiring for a Back-Office Executive Fraud Investigation role in the Fraud Risk Department. The role involves reviewing and analyzing seller accounts and transactions to identify potential fraudulent or suspicious activities. The team is responsible for ensuring that accounts comply with internal policies and that no misuse or fraudulent activity occurs on the platform.

The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to review account activities to determine whether an account can continue operating or if further action is required. The primary goal of the role is to identify risks, prevent fraud, and help protect the platform and its users.

Process Details


  • Department: Fraud Risk / Fraud Investigation
  • Role Type: Back-Office (Non-Voice)
  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Week Off: 2 rotational offs
  • Shift: Day shifts
  • Eligibility: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Review and analyze seller accounts and transaction activities to identify potential fraud or suspicious behavior.
  • Conduct detailed account investigations to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate specific transactions and account patterns that may indicate fraudulent activity.
  • Make decisions on whether an account can continue operating or requires restriction/action based on investigation findings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of investigations and account reviews in internal systems.
  • Escalate high-risk or complex cases to the appropriate fraud or risk management teams.
  • Follow established fraud prevention protocols, policies, and quality standards.
