Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and customize ServiceNow applications across multiple modules
  
• Work on end-to-end ServiceNow implementations including HRSD, ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, Discovery, GRC
  
• Configure and develop Catalog Items, Record Producers, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Data Policies, Business Rules and UI Actions
  
• Build and manage ServiceNow Integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, Import Sets and Transform Maps
  
• Implement workflows and automation using Flow Designer
  
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  
• Follow Agile and DevOps practices with CI/CD and automated testing
  
• Perform debugging, performance tuning and production support
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
  
• Strong experience in ServiceNow Back-End development and integrations
  
• Experience in minimum two ServiceNow modules HRSD, ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, Discovery, GRC (HRSD preferred)
  
• Hands-on with Flow Designer and Integration Hub
  
• Good understanding of DevOps, Git, CI/CD and Automation testing (Selenium)
  
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environment
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
