We are looking for a proactive and energetic Workplace Experience Coordinator to manage and enhance the employee experience at our Bangalore office. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations while creating an engaging and welcoming workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will act as the face of the office, manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with vendors, and organize employee engagement activities to build a vibrant office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Create a welcoming and engaging workplace environment for employees and visitors
    Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives
    Encourage employees to participate in office activities and foster a positive workplace culture
    Act as the first point of contact for employees and guests

Office Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace
    Coordinate with WeWork facility teams and vendors for seamless services
    Manage office amenities including snack programs, lunch arrangements, and supplies
    Ensure proper inventory management for pantry and office materials

Vendor & Program Management

  • Manage vendor relationships and service providers
    Coordinate contracts, SLAs, and service quality
    Source and onboard vendors for office services and programs
    Ensure timely resolution of operational issues

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams and global workplace teams
    Coordinate with APAC workplace teams for consistency in workplace experience
    Support international employees visiting the Bangalore office

Required Skills

  • 34 years of experience in Workplace Experience, Office Management, Administration, Hospitality, or Executive Assistant roles
    Experience managing office operations and vendor coordination
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Slack
    Good organizational and multitasking abilities
    Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

    Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
    Experience organizing office events or engagement activities
    Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving
    Detail-oriented and well organized

8:00 AM 5:00 PM
