Position: SPE Voice (Contact Centre Inbound Calling)

Location: Work From Home

Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM to 3:30 AM)

Desired Profile:

• 1.6 to 4 years of experience in a healthcare Contact Centre Voice role preferred
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable with night shifts and maintaining productivity standards
• Basic computer proficiency
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly
