This is a high-impact leadership role where you will manage scale, handle emotionally sensitive escalations, and build operational excellence across the function.

What Youll Own

Customer Experience & Retention

  • Drive customer delight, retention & service excellence
  • Ensure every interaction reflects fairness, clarity & accountability
  • Monitor CSAT, NPS & trust metrics

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach & elevate a 50-member frontline team
  • Build ownership, discipline & high-performance culture
  • Conduct daily reviews, performance tracking & quality audits

Escalation Management

  • Personally handle high-stakes & emotionally sensitive escalations
  • Improve resolution speed & solution quality
  • Design structured escalation frameworks & SOPs

Operational Excellence


  • Build dashboards, SLAs & governance mechanisms
  • Identify repeat issues & fix root causes (no patchwork fixes )
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve systemic outcomes
