Job Title: Senior Manager Territory Supply Chain Operations
Job Summary
The Senior Manager Territory Supply Chain Operations will oversee end-to-end supply chain activities across a defined territory, ensuring efficient logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, improving service levels, optimizing costs, and managing multi-site teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain operations across multiple facilities within the assigned territory.
- Ensure efficient inventory management, warehouse productivity, and timely distribution of goods.
- Manage relationships with logistics partners, suppliers, and third-party vendors to ensure service and cost efficiency.
- Track and improve key operational KPIs such as order fulfillment, lead time, inventory accuracy, and logistics costs.
- Lead and mentor warehouse and logistics teams, ensuring adherence to operational standards and safety protocols.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and cost optimization across the territory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations with leadership exposure.
- Strong expertise in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics networks.
- Experience working with supply chain systems such as WMS, TMS, or ERP.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience managing multi-location supply chain operations.
- Certifications such as APICS / Six Sigma / Lean are a plus.
