Job Summary

The eLearning Developer is responsible for technical implementation, SCORM packaging, LMS integration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure eLearning courses function correctly and track learner progress accurately.

Job Experience

• 6 to 8 years of experience in technical eLearning development or LMS integration
• Experience working with SCORM-based courses and LMS platforms
• Experience supporting enterprise learning deployments preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and export SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 compliant course packages
• Validate SCORM API communication including completion status, success status, bookmarking, and score reporting
• Test SCORM packages in SCORM Cloud prior to LMS deployment
• Upload courses to LMS test environments and validate tracking, reporting, and learner attempts
• Troubleshoot LMS compatibility issues and tracking inconsistencies
• Optimize publish settings for browser compatibility and performance
• Provide technical support during deployment and post go-live validation

Education

• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Equivalent hands-on technical experience acceptable

Software Knowledge

• Articulate Storyline SCORM export
• Adobe Captivate
• SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004
• SCORM Cloud
• LMS platforms
• Basic HTML5, CSS, or JavaScript preferr
