In this role, you will support transaction processing and operational activities for a financial services organisation providing credit solutions to leading brands and direct customers across the UK. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial operations or transaction processing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in flexible shifts and rotational weekly offs. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing while maintaining high service quality and adherence to internal controls.

Any Graduate

Process financial transactions, credit applications, adjustments, and account updates accurately and within defined SLAs.

Conduct thorough data verification, validation, and quality checks to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Manage daily operational queues, prioritising tasks to meet operational targets and service delivery standards.

Adhere to shift schedules, including rotational shifts and weekly offs, while meeting productivity and performance expectations.
