Role Overview
We are looking for a tech-savvy and communication-focused individual to join our Social Media(SoMe) support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical assistance to customers regarding their personal systems and hardware. This is a chat-based support role requiring quick thinking and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve customer queries related to personal systems, printers, and various hardware/software issues.
Omnichannel Support: Manage and respond to customer interactions via social media platforms and chat interfaces.
Case Management: Efficiently document customer issues and provide step-by-step guidance for resolution.
Quality Service: Maintain a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Requirements
Typing Proficiency: Minimum speed of 30 WPM with at least 90% accuracy.
Communication: Strong written English skills (Writex score of 55 or equivalent).
Technical Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and system issues.
Assessment: Candidates must successfully clear the AMCAT and Typing assessments.
Work Conditions
Shift Window: 24/7 (Rotational shifts).
Working Days: 6 days per week with 1 rotational off.
Location: HP India (as indicated in the batch details).
