The Role

Youll lead brand-first campaigns, craft stories that go beyond product, and bring alive what modern love looks like in India today.
Whether its a big-bang TVC , a viral reel , or a meme-worthy moment , youll be the voice behind stories people remember.
What Youll Lead
Big, emotional brand campaigns from insight idea execution
Storytelling that makes people laugh, cry, and hit share
Social-first ideas that build culture & community (not just likes)
Collaborations with creators, agencies & cultural voices
GTM plans for product launches & cultural moments
Building a distinct, ownable brand voice across ads, social & content
Using data & insights to make stories sharper and campaigns smarter
Staying plugged into trends, reels, rituals & internet culture
What You Bring
3+years of brand marketing experience at a consumer, D2C, or digital-first company
Strong creative instincts with the ability to brief, shape & ship bold ideas
Experience leading integrated campaigns (TVC, digital, social, influencer, branded content)
Deep understanding of Indian consumers, culture & context
Ability to extract insights from data to guide storytelling
A love for storytelling, insight, and craft
Mumbai-based or open to relocating
