Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using Java and React JS.
- Front-End Implementation: Build responsive and dynamic UI components using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Back-End Development: Implement server-side logic, services, and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and other related technologies.
- API Integration: Create, consume, and integrate RESTful APIs and web services to connect front-end components with back-end services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA, and product managers, to define requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, participating in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
- Testing and Debugging: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software systems, often using performance testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
- Database Management: Work with various databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB, implementing data storage solutions and writing SQL queries.
- Deployment and Operations: Utilize CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes) for application deployment and infrastructure operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Proficiency in Java: In-depth knowledge of core Java principles, object-oriented programming (OOP), and frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Proficiency in React JS: Expertise in React and its core principles, including component-based architecture, state management (Redux, Context API), and React Hooks.
- Front-End Technologies: Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, and an understanding of responsive design principles.
- API Knowledge: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, API design, and integration.
- Tools and Methodologies: Experience with version control systems (Git), build tools (Webpack, Maven), and Agile development methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
