Job Description
The NodeJS Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance server-side applications that power Adani Digital Labs' digital platforms, including the flagship Adani One Super App. This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration of Adani Groups diverse services into a unified digital ecosystem, enhancing customer experience, and supporting the company's mission to redefine digital business and customer engagement
Educational Background
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Masters degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience (4-10 years) in developing server-side applications using Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js to support the Adani One Super App and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to deliver seamless and user-friendly digital solutions.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to enable efficient communication between various components of the digital ecosystem.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability to handle high traffic from millions of users.
- Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive user data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Node.js and related technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap of Adani Digital Labs, aligning with the companys digital transformation goals.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of collaboration and technical excellence within the team.
