Role: Travel Email Support (Work from Office Immediate Joiners Only) Shift Timing: US Shift (From 5:30 PM onwards)
Work Mode: Work from Office (Mandatory)
Cab Facility: Subject to transport zone

Date of Joining: 16th March 2026Key Responsibilities:
- Queries related to flight bookings, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes
- Provide accurate information regarding fares, baggage policies, and travel guidelines
- Manage bookings through internal tools and CRM systems
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolution within SLA
Maintain data accuracy while updating customer records Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months experience in International Chat / Voice / Travel Process
Strong written communication skills
Immediate joiners are highly preferred
