Job Description
- Achieve daily targets for customer acquisition and wallet top-ups from new customers.
- Set up canopy/standee inside Reliance stores or gated societies to drive new customer onboarding.
- Highlight Milkbaskets advantages over other similar services/applications.
- Track daily/weekly customer onboarding and strive to exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with society management for smooth execution of activations.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest new initiatives to improve services and offers. Communicate on-ground challenges.
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills (regional language proficiency is essential).
- Ensure a well-groomed appearance.
- Have a good understanding of the city's topography.
- Door to door activity
- Strong sales acumen with persuasive skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer negotiation skills.
- Own mode of transportation is mandatory.
- Willing to commute 15-20 km per day.
- Must be available for a 6-day workweek (Fri, Sat, and Sunday mandatory)
Responsibilities:
Experience Required:
- 1+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
