Hiring for Customer Support Executive - International Process

Role: Customer Support Representative

Process: US Healthcare

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli)

Working Days: 5 days

Shift: US Shift

Qualification: Graduates Only

Salary: Upto 4.8 LPA + Incentives

Responsibility:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, or insurance representatives.
• Provide accurate information regarding medical services, appointments, billing, insurance coverage, and claims status.
  
• Assist customers with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-up reminders.
  
• Ensure high-quality and empathetic communication while resolving patient or client concerns.
• Support customers in understanding insurance claims, payment status, and outstanding balances.
  
• Coordinate with the billing or claims department to resolve discrepancies or pending issues.
  
• Verify patient insurance details and eligibility before service delivery when required.
