Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Interns who are eager to start their career in IT support. The intern will assist the IT team in providing firstlevel technical troubleshooting and ensuring smooth daytoday operations for end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving basic hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Provide L1 support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing tool.
• Log and track incidents in the IT ticketing system.
• Support laptop/desktop setup, application installation, and user onboarding activities.
• Perform password resets, access requests, and basic system configurations.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT team members.
• Work in 247 rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Who Can Apply

• Students or fresh graduates pursuing a Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Candidates with basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent english communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
