Job Description

Relevant Experience Required:

Evaluate joining technologies as per the guidelines.
Exposure to the BIW manufacturing.
Create the reports for issues regarding joining technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and testing departments.
Resolve engineering issues related to Joining technologies during the development phase.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in design and manufacturing processes.
Exposure to Product Life Management (Smaragd)

Job Responsibilities:

B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Should have exposure with mechanical joining Laser Joining and Thermal joining (Spot weld, Self pierce rivet, Flow Drill screw, Clinching)
Hand on experience in PLM (Eg, Teamcenter,Smaragd)
Strong exposure to Microsoft office products.
Basic Knowledge of Siemens NX.
Knowledge of industry standards related to automotive BIW structures.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
