Job Posting Title: Trade Receivables Analyst
Location: Thane
Shift Timings (fixed) - 4.00pm-00:30am IST shifts (Extended work shifts during first 4 working days of the month ending by 2.30am IST)
What does a successful Trade Receivables Analyst do at FISERV?
- Meet daily, monthly, quarterly deadlines for the recording of all A/R and non-A/R cash receipts
- Analyze, identify and resolve payment exceptions
- Identify and properly record short payments and overpayments
- Research miscellaneous AR items to provide details and check copies and support audits
- Monitor and distribute incoming requests sent to the cash application general mailbox
- Research and resolve client inquiries
- Prepare, post and upload journal entries into SAP
- Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts
- Provide verbal and written communication to both internal and external clients
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned
What will you need to know:
- Bachelors degree in accounting with 1-3 years work experience
- Proficiency with Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and company employees
- Attention to detail and accuracy
What will be great to have:
- SAP ERP experience
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
