Sales OfficerRole & responsibilities
Go on field visits to meet customers and explain loan products Work to achieve sales targets and help grow the company's business
Build good relationships with customers by meeting them regularly and following up for more business
Meet new customers and ask happy customers to refer others who may need a home loan
Coordinate with credit team for smooth processing and disbursal of loans Maintain credit quality
Onboard new channel partners
Find and add new housing projects (APFs) and agents to bring in more loan applications.
Preferred candidate profile
1-5 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within the BFSI/NBFC sector
Prior experience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales preferred; Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered
Strong local market knowledge and established network in the region Excellent interpersonal skills
Customer handling and relationship-building abilities
Result-oriented and self-motivated Strong negotiation and influencing skills
