CBRE WalkIn Drive Facilities Management (Floor Management)

Location: CBRE Office, Yerwada, Pune

CBRE is conducting a WalkIn Recruitment Drive for Facilities Management (Floor Management) professionals for our Pune location.

If you have strong experience in corporate facilities operations, floor administration, vendor coordination, and client handling, we welcome you to attend.

4. Assistant Manager - Technical

5. Facilities Manager - Technical & Soft Services

Department: Facilities Management Workplace & Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Daily floor walkthroughs & workplace inspections
• Tracking & addressing employee service requests
• Space management & seat assignment coordination
• Monitoring housekeeping, security, pantry & vendor performance
• Meeting room management and daily occupancy monitoring
• Coordination for preventive & reactive maintenance activities
• Handling helpdesk escalations & stakeholder communication
• Ensuring adherence to safety, compliance & workplace SOPs
• MIS reporting & daily/weekly facility updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication & stakeholder-handling skills
• Experience in corporate office environments preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office & workplace reporting
• Good understanding of housekeeping, security & vendor operations
• Ability to multitask and work in dynamic environments
