Department: Facilities Management Workplace & Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Daily floor walkthroughs & workplace inspections
- Tracking & addressing employee service requests
- Space management & seat assignment coordination
- Monitoring housekeeping, security, pantry & vendor performance
- Meeting room management and daily occupancy monitoring
- Coordination for preventive & reactive maintenance activities
- Handling helpdesk escalations & stakeholder communication
- Ensuring adherence to safety, compliance & workplace SOPs
- MIS reporting & daily/weekly facility updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication & stakeholder-handling skills
- Experience in corporate office environments preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office & workplace reporting
- Good understanding of housekeeping, security & vendor operations
- Ability to multitask and work in dynamic environments
