Job Description CRM Associate Manager


Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Associate Manager to manage end-to-end execution across all CRM channels, including Push Notifications, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and in-app journeys.

The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality campaign delivery and performance while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Analytics, Sales, and external platform partners.

The primary objective of this role is to deepen customer engagement, optimize lifecycle journeys, and drive measurable business growth.

Work Experience & Qualifications

  • Internship experince in CRM is mandatory .
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one CRM or campaign management tool (e.g., MoEngage, CleverTap).
  • Understanding of GDPR and email marketing compliance regulations is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across App Push, WhatsApp, SMS, and Email channels, including planning, content creation, testing, deployment, analysis, and reporting.
  • Manage and optimize CRM infrastructure to ensure accurate customer data, segmentation, and targeted personalized communication.
  • Design and implement customer journeys and automated workflows to nurture leads, improve conversions, and enhance customer retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing for email and app push campaigns to improve performance and enable continuous optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging CRM technologies.
  • Work closely with the design team to develop visually appealing and effective email templates.
