Job Description


Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruitment Executive to support the Talent Acquisition team in driving end-to-end recruitment for the assigned region. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing stakeholder communication, ensuring timely document collection, and supporting the offer and onboarding process.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Hiring

  • Source potential candidates through job portals, vendors, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen profiles and shortlist candidates as per the job requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability

2. Interview Line-ups & Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure strong interview line-ups for open positions and maintain interview pipelines.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with Hiring Managers, Regional Managers, and HR Business Partners for recruitment requirements and updates.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline status, and closures.

4. Candidate Documentation

  • Collect and verify candidate documents including education, experience, and KYC documents.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed before offer release.

5. Offers

  • Making and Tracking Offers
  • Communicate offer details to selected candidates and manage offer acceptance.

6. Onboarding Support

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Ensure joining formalities and documentation are completed as per company policies.

7. Recruitment Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Share periodic hiring reports and updates with stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
  • 14 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.
