Job Title: Chat & Email Support Executive Banking Process

Department:

Customer Support / Banking Operations

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Chat & Email Support Executive to handle customer queries related to banking products and services. The candidate will provide prompt, accurate, and professional assistance via chat and email while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with banking policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries related to:
    • Account information
    • Debit/Credit cards
    • Online banking
    • Loans & EMI details
    • Transaction disputes
  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with banking regulations.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets (AHT, CSAT, SLA).
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written communication skills (Grammar & Typing speed 30+ WPM preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and financial services.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric attitude with patience and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / Finance preferred).
  • 03 years of experience in customer support (Banking/BPO preferred).
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.

Work Schedule:

  • Rotational shifts
  • 5/6 days working
