Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage accounts receivable (AR) calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with internal teams such as revenue cycle management (RCM) staff to ensure timely resolution of AR issues.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

1-6 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in the US healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients/customers over phone calls.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity targets.
