*Face to Face*-Walk-In Interview for ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) on 7-March-2026 (Saturday) in Hyderabad Location.

Drive Time: 9AM to 1:00 PM
- Independently implement and configure the ServiceNow SAM Pro module, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards.
- Champion and govern the software asset lifecycle, establishing processes to maintain the accuracy and integrity of software entitlements, usage, and compliance data.
- Register and maintain Software Assets/Configuration Items (CIs), ensuring proper relationships within the SAM Pro data model.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow Software and Hardware Asset Management capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with IT Asset Management process owners, functional SMEs, and crossfunctional teams to design and enhance SAM functionalities.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, design workshops, and technical discussions for new SAM features and improvements.
- Design, configure, develop, implement, and test IT Asset Management (ITAM) capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure compliance, data accuracy, and alignment with ITAM governance frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow SAM Pro.
- Deep understanding of Software Asset Management processes, including entitlement management, reconciliation, normalization, and compliance tracking.
- Experience with CI modeling, relationships, and lifecycle workflows within ServiceNow.
- Expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules and integrations.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and interact with stakeholders at multiple levels.
