Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency channel.
Develop and implement strategies for business growth through effective agent recruitment, training, and development.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, clients, and internal teams to drive revenue growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion into new markets or product lines.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
